Woodbury would like to announce the acquisition of the Wheatland Village Retail Center in West Jordan, Utah through its affiliate Woodbury Strategic Partners.

Wheatland Village is an existing 12,000 square foot neighborhood retail center with two undeveloped pad sites. The center originally developed in 2008 and is anchored by an AutoZone (AZO) outparcel and has leased space to inline tenants including Papa Murphy’s, Subway and Fantastic Sam’s.

Woodbury plans to further improve the neighborhood center by developing and leasing the highly visible remaining two out parcels with long term tenants.Wheatland Village is located in West Jordan, UT along 7800 South (ADT of 21,060) and 4800 West (ADT of 26,010). The center serves a growing community of approximately 2,600 households within a 1 mile radius and an average annual household income of $86,100.
