In the center of it all, UNIVERSITY MALL in Orem, UT is an award-winning, 1.77-milllion square-foot, regional shopping center located at the state’s busiest intersection – the crossing of University Parkway and Highway 89 (State Street). The Mall is strategically located less than a mile and a half from two of Utah’s largest Universities: Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, together with over 75,000 students. The mall is located at Southern Idaho’s busiest intersection – Pole Line Rd. and Blue Lakes Blvd. (Highway 93) – near the College of Southern Idaho and the majestic Snake River Canyon. The mall is the only regional shopping center within a hundred-mile radius. In addition to the mall’s advantageous location, Magic Valley Mall draws strength from its exceptional tenants which include JC Penney, Sears, Macy’s, Shopko and Barnes & Noble.

The Meadows

THE MEADOWS is an impressive regional shopping center located between I-15 and Highway 89 (State Road) in American Fork, UT. The power center is anchored by a Kohls, Walmart, Home Depot, Cinemark, Best Buy, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Gordman’s. Target, and Costco compliment the project on adjacent properties. After the upcoming second phase of development, The Meadows will have a total of 2.1 million square feet of retail (approx.) and will serve as the regional shopping destination of northern Utah County.
