Orca Energy will supply the entire community with its geothermal heating and cooling services, using the earth’s constant temperature to heat and cool all homes and buildings. This exciting new project has plans for up to 2,000 homes and over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and retail spaces. This community will also produce its own food supply with a sophisticated agricultural system built into the design and located throughout the community.
