Over 100 years ago Woodbury Corporation was founded on the principle of integrity and that is the same principle that guides the company today. Woodbury’s believe their name is their most valuable asset.

Founded in 1919 by F. Orin Woodbury, Woodbury Corporation has established itself as a leader among Utah Real Estate Developers, emphasizing integrity and community-focused development. F. Orin’s reputation for honesty and hard work laid the foundation for a company that has grown from a small brokerage into a major force in Commercial Real Estate Development in Utah and beyond.​

Early projects included significant land assemblages for the Standard Oil refinery and pipeline in North Salt Lake, the Utah State Penitentiary, and the Remington Arms Plant. F. Orin’s leadership extended nationally, serving as president of the Institute of Real Estate Management and being appointed by President Eisenhower to a U.S. government decentralization committee.​

F. Orin’s grandsons—W. Richards, O. Randall, Lynn S., Jeffrey K., and Guy R. Woodbury—led the development of millions of square feet in office and retail properties, expanded the multifamily residential portfolio, and established a hospitality group featuring Hilton and Marriott hotels. Their efforts underscore Woodbury Corporation’s role as a versatile Utah Land Developer.
