Gregory J. Schmidt

Development Manager

Greg Schmidt currently serves as a Development Manager for Woodbury Corporation. His responsibilities include property acquisition, entitlement, project development, project disposition and “problem solving” for the company. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and is “of counsel” with the Salt Lake City law firm of Walker, Steiner & Schmidt, P.C, practicing primarily in commercial real estate.

Mr. Schmidt had previously served as Vice-President Associate Corporate Counsel for Woodbury Corporation where his responsibilities included shopping center development and leasing, office development and leasing, hotel development, and litigation management.

Greg has most recently served as Vice President/General Counsel of Abbington Senior Living Corporation, and previously as Corporate Counsel for NovaSource Development in Salt Lake City.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Utah (B.A., Business Management, 1993) and the Brigham Young University Law School (J.D., 1996).
