Larson Building

At a Glance

The Larson Building was constructed in the heart of Lincoln’s downtown business district. It includes 17,500 sf of retail stores on the first floor, six floors of parking with over 650 public-parking spaces, and three floors of apartments at the top. The 52 apartments are aimed toward students or recent graduates since the University of Nebraska’s City Campus is adjacent to the building. The living spaces were designed around central-living floor plans and will have amenities that are attractive to younger tenants, such as: an open rooftop area, fully equipped fitness facility, and a lounge area. The apartments range in size and configuration from 650 sf to 1,600 sf with the option of two or four bedroom suites.

Plaza on Broadway

At a Glance

The Plaza on Broadway is a 39 unit / 153 bed student housing development with 86 underground parking stalls.  The project is located in the south Boulder neighborhood immediately adjacent to Broadway Avenue, directly across the street from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Woodbury partnered with Brinkman Construction for the development and management of this project – one of the largest redevelopment projects in South Boulder.


At a Glance

The Westminster Sugar House Mixed Use project consists of 164 student beds that are operated by Westminster College. The Salt Lake City, Utah development also includes 8,400 square feet of ground floor retail space fronting 1300 East, a 14,000 square foot academic center located in the project’s garden level, and a 266-stall four-story parking structure. Located a half-mile from Westminster College in the heart of Sugar House, the project has easy access to the adjacent Sugar House Park.
